Brownfields Training
NPCR will offer four brownfield training sessions in 2009 that will be particularly valuable to community based organizations (CBOs), community development corporations (CDCs), community development financial institutions (CDFIs) and other community lenders, and nonprofit and for-profit developers of affordable housing and job generating enterprises in low and moderate income communities.
