New Partners for Community Revitalization, Inc. (NPCR) is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed to advance the revitalization of New York’s communities with a particular focus on brownfield sites in and proximate to low and moderate income neighborhoods and communities of color. NPCR manages the Brownfields START-UP Program through which it provides assistance to nonprofit and for-profit developers in the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield sites in the New York metropolitan area. NPCR also provides assistance to Brownfield Opportunity Area program grantees.
In connection with the START-UP Program NPCR maintains a list of pre-qualified firms for Environmental Consulting Services to START-UP Program Participants.
Firms experienced in providing these services may submit Qualifications packages, in addition to a $200 application fee, to NPCR at any time. NPCR’s pre-qualified lists will be updated regularly.
