New Partners for Community Revitalization, Inc. (NPCR) is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed to advance the revitalization of New York’s communities with a particular focus on brownfield sites in and proximate to low and moderate income neighborhoods and communities of color. NPCR manages a multi-pronged initiative that includes administering the NY Metro Brownfields Redevelopment Fund Program (the “Metro Fund Program”) and the Brownfields START-UP Pool. Through these programs, NPCR provides assistance to nonprofit and for-profit developers in the cleanup and redevelopment of brownfield sites in the New York metropolitan area.
In connection with these programs, NPCR maintains a list of pre-qualified firms for:
* Environmental Consulting Services to Metro Fund Program Borrowers
* Environmental Inspecting Professional Services to NPCR
* Environmental Consulting Services to START-UP Participants
Qualification packages from firms experienced in providing these services may be submitted to NPCR at any time and NPCR’s pre-qualified lists will be updated regularly.
