February 2012: NPCR Roundtable Networking Event: "Brownfield Financial Incentives"
• Showcases brownfield financial incentives to achieve neighborhood and regional economic revitalization goals.
• Discusses the Brownfield Tax Credits (BTCs) and their impending sunset in 2015.
May 2012: NPCR Roundtable Networking Event: “The Working Waterfront”
• Explores new approaches to accelerate economic development in New York’s working waterfront neighborhoods.

June 2012: NPCR 6th Annual Brownfields Summit in Albany
• Two-day event that involves representatives from over 50 communities participating in the BOA program.

October 2012: NPCR Roundtable Networking Event: "Transportation Dollars: An Important Resource for Implementing Community Plans"
• Considers challenges in securing DOT funds for strategic neighborhood investments.
